Originally from Kentucky, I was raised on a horse farm where carrying out hard work was an everyday expectation. I credit my father with teaching me how to ride and for raising a family of four girls – I am the youngest! Growing up, I was taught the importance of treating your close friendships and relationships like family. Presently, I am a proud Navy wife and I carry those same values within my own little family wherever we are stationed.
My husband and I currently have two fur kiddos: Lily - my 3-year old German Shepherd, and Apollo - my 4-year-old fat tabby cat who has a big attitude. When I am not photographing, you can find me at the park with my youngest fur baby, in a salon giving a dog a new do’ or spending much needed time with my friends who have become my family.
In my professional life, I specialize in establishing long term relationships with my clients. Our journey together only starts at their first engagement session with me. I make a point to maintain our connection throughout the years, while documenting their yearly family photos.
As a young professional photographer with a family of my own, I’ve come to realize what I would want out of the experience if I were in my clients’ shoes. That said, providing my clients with images that I would want for myself is what I aim to do. Creating images that will be cherished for years to come – That is my top priority.
